415 Greenwich St | NYC
Project Summary
Originally designed by Victor Bark in 1912, 415 Greenwich St (also known as the Tribeca Summit) currently features 10 floors that comprise of 62 apartments. Notable for its classic architecture, which is an example of Manhattan’s pre war buildings, 415 Greenwich Street was completed as a warehouse in 1913.
With its neo-renaissance architecture illustrated by its limestone-granite facade and ornamental cornices, 415 Greenwich Street is complete with a sculpture garden, courtyard and a landscaped roof deck, which allow for individuals to observe the surrounding urban landscape whilst spending time in a tranquil, natural environment. The building also features a bicycle room, courtyard, fitness facility, garage as well as a playroom.
Anthony Morali worked with his partner at MG, Michael Gadaleta to cover this 1920s landmark building. They were able to gain approval from the Landmarks Preservation Commission to add a two story penthouse to the initial structure (an eight story building).
